How You Can Help us to Help You

Adopt a Bridleway

One problem we do have, is getting information on the condition of our bridleways and paths. This is where you can help.

Is there a bridleway that you regularly ride (or walk)? We would like to find at least one of our members for every bridleway in Penwith.

All we would ask is that you tell us if the path is overgrown, and conversely we would like you to tell us when the path is cut back and how well the job has been done.

Please do phone or email us and let us know if you can help. It's in your interest to enable us to help in ensuring that your paths are not forgotten.

Using this information we are going to keep a full record of the current condition of our bridleways - good or bad. This information will be very helpful to ourselves, the parish councils and the County Council.

Bridleway OnLine Reports

On this site click Online Riding Maps to show reports on all bridleways in the Cornwall - together with a report of the last reported condition.

Please do update these reports directly via the map.

This is why our adopt a bridleway scheme is so important. We do need the information - anything you report to us will be quickly put onto this Web Site.

Please give us reports either via the above map or by Email.

Do not be silent about your bridleway problems and lost riding routes. Something can be done if you seek advice and report problems.
